Started over a pint in San Clemente
In December 2013, five home brewers sat down at Pizza Port in San Clemente and founded the club. Before they finished their beers, they had agreed on three goals. Those goals still shape every meeting.

Brew with a bigger group
A larger club opens doors: group brew days, brewery tours and shared buys on ingredients and gear.
Meetings
Second Thursday, every month
Meetings start at 6:00 pm. Come as a guest first and see if the club is a good fit.
Bring a bottle
Share something you brewed, even if it's your first batch. Feedback is the point.
Bring questions
Stuck fermentation, off-flavors, water chemistry. Someone in the room has dealt with it.
Bring a friend
Thinking about starting the hobby? Meetings are the best place to see how it's done.
