The Immersion Chillers Homebrew Club is based in South Orange County, California. Our original 5 co-founders came together at Pizza Port in San Clemente in December 2013 and decided on our 3 goals for the club:

• Tasting homebrew and getting feedback.

• Becoming more educated brewers.

• Receiving benefits for joining forces with a larger group of brewers.
